AadiVora is an India-based software company that builds and deploys custom Telegram bots, Telegram VIP management systems, broker verification automation, and business automation solutions. By engaging AadiVora's services or using this website, you agree to the terms described on this page. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing aadivora.com, contacting AadiVora for a consultation, placing an order, or using any service provided by AadiVora, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who engages with AadiVora in a professional capacity. They form a binding agreement between you ("Client") and AadiVora ("we", "us", "our").
About AadiVora
Who we are
AadiVora is an India-based software company registered and operating from Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. We design, develop, and deploy software solutions for Telegram communities, with a focus on Forex signal providers and community managers who need reliable, automated infrastructure.
What we do
AadiVora provides technical services including custom Telegram bot development, Telegram VIP management systems, broker verification automation, membership automation, Telegram community management, VPS deployment, business automation, workflow automation, software development, and technical support. All software is designed for and deployed on infrastructure that clients own and control.
What we do NOT do
AadiVora is not a broker, trading platform, investment company, or financial advisor. We do not offer financial advice, manage client funds, operate trading accounts, or facilitate transactions between traders and brokers. The broker verification tools we build are software that clients use within their own communities — AadiVora itself has no relationship with any end user's trading activities.
Scope of Services
AadiVora provides the following categories of services. The exact scope for each engagement is agreed upon during a consultation and confirmed before work begins.
Custom Telegram Bot Development
Development of Telegram bots tailored to client requirements — including command logic, automated responses, membership flows, and integrations with external APIs.
Telegram VIP Management Systems
End-to-end systems for managing paid or verified Telegram VIP groups, including member onboarding, access control, renewal handling, and broadcast messaging.
Broker Verification Automation
Automated workflows that verify whether a Telegram group member holds an active trading account with a specified broker. Verification logic is embedded within the client's own deployed bot and does not route through AadiVora's infrastructure.
Telegram Community Management
Technical tooling to assist clients in managing their Telegram communities — including moderation bots, anti-spam tools, scheduled announcements, and member analytics.
Membership Automation
Systems that handle automatic granting, expiry, and renewal of group memberships based on subscription status, payment verification, or broker account status.
VPS Deployment
Configuration and deployment of the client's software stack on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) purchased and owned by the client. AadiVora handles the technical setup; the server remains the client's property.
Business & Workflow Automation
Custom automation for repetitive business processes — including data pipelines, notification workflows, reporting tools, and integration between platforms.
Software Development
Bespoke software development for client-specific requirements not covered by the categories above, agreed in scope during consultation.
Technical Support
Ongoing technical support for deployed systems, including troubleshooting, debugging, and minor updates. The scope, duration, and terms of support are agreed per project.
Client Responsibilities
AadiVora's services depend on infrastructure and credentials that the client owns and manages. The following responsibilities rest with the client.
Hosting & VPS
The client is responsible for purchasing, maintaining, and renewing their own VPS or hosting plan. AadiVora does not purchase or own any VPS on behalf of clients. Failure to renew your VPS on time may result in service interruption or data loss, for which AadiVora is not responsible.
Domain
If a domain is required for any service, the client is responsible for registering, renewing, and managing their domain. AadiVora does not register domains on clients' behalf.
Telegram Bot Token
The client is responsible for creating and managing their Telegram bot token through the official Telegram BotFather interface. The client must not share this token with unauthorized parties. Loss or compromise of the bot token is the client's responsibility.
API Keys & Credentials
Any API keys, access tokens, or platform credentials required for the project must be provided by the client and kept secure. AadiVora will use these credentials solely to configure and deploy the agreed services, and will not store them beyond what is necessary for the engagement.
Broker Accounts
If broker verification is part of the project, the client is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary authorization to implement verification for the brokers in question. AadiVora builds the technical tool; the client is responsible for compliance with each broker's terms.
Security
The client is responsible for the security of their own VPS, including applying operating system updates, managing firewall rules, and safeguarding access credentials. AadiVora follows security best practices during deployment but cannot be responsible for server security after handover.
Backups
The client is responsible for establishing and maintaining regular backups of their VPS data. AadiVora may assist with initial backup configuration as part of a project, but ongoing backup management is the client's responsibility.
Orders & Project Acceptance
All projects begin with a consultation — typically conducted via Telegram (@aadi_ibn) or email. During the consultation, the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are discussed and agreed upon.
A project is formally accepted when both parties have agreed on scope and pricing, and any required initial payment has been received. AadiVora does not begin work on a project prior to agreement being reached.
Scope changes requested after work has begun may affect the timeline and pricing. Any material changes to scope will be communicated to the client before additional work proceeds.
Pricing & Payments
Pricing for each project is determined individually based on scope, complexity, and timeline, and is communicated to the client during the consultation process. AadiVora does not publish a fixed price list for custom development work, though indicative pricing may be available on the website for reference.
Payment terms — including amount, schedule, and method — are agreed upon during consultation. AadiVora may require a portion of the total fee upfront before work begins.
All pricing is exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Clients are responsible for any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.
Payments are handled directly between the client and AadiVora. This website does not process or store payment card information.
Refunds
Refund eligibility and conditions are governed by AadiVora's separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review that page for full details on when refunds may apply, the process for requesting a refund, and timelines.
In general, refunds are not available for work that has already been completed and delivered. Any exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at AadiVora's discretion.
Intellectual Property
AadiVora's intellectual property
The underlying codebase, frameworks, logic, templates, and systems developed by AadiVora — including any proprietary tools, scripts, and methods used to build your deployment — remain the intellectual property of AadiVora. Engaging our services does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property to the client.
Client's intellectual property
Content, branding, business logic, data, and configurations that the client provides or creates as part of the project belong to the client. AadiVora does not claim ownership over client-supplied content.
Your deployment
Once your project is delivered and deployed on your VPS, you have the right to operate and maintain the deployment for your own business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or reverse-engineer AadiVora's proprietary components, or use them as the basis for offering a competing service, without prior written consent from AadiVora.
Website content
All content on aadivora.com — including text, design, logos, and graphics — is owned by AadiVora and may not be reproduced without permission.
Client Data & Privacy
AadiVora's handling of personal data is described in full in our Privacy Policy. The key principles as they relate to project delivery are:
- Data collected through aadivora.com (contact forms, consultation enquiries) is used only to communicate with you and manage the project.
- Member data generated by a deployed Telegram bot lives exclusively on the client's own VPS and is not accessible to AadiVora after handover, except where the client grants temporary access for maintenance.
- AadiVora does not sell, share, or rent client data to any third party.
- Broker verification data (trading account numbers, verification status) is processed entirely within the client's own deployed system and does not pass through AadiVora's infrastructure.
VPS Deployment & Infrastructure
AadiVora operates a client-owned VPS model. This means every deployment is made to a Virtual Private Server that the client purchases directly from a hosting provider of their choosing. AadiVora does not operate a shared hosting platform or multi-tenant SaaS environment.
Under this model:
- The client owns the VPS account and pays the hosting provider directly.
- All data generated by the deployed system — member records, verification history, broadcast logs — is stored on the client's server, not on AadiVora's infrastructure.
- AadiVora has no standing access to the client's VPS after project handover. Any subsequent access is granted by the client on a case-by-case basis for maintenance or support purposes.
- The client is responsible for the continued operation of their VPS, including renewals, uptime, and server-level security.
Third-Party Services
AadiVora's services interact with certain third-party platforms. Each of these platforms operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy. AadiVora is not responsible for the availability, policies, or conduct of these platforms.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of any third-party platform complies with that platform's terms. AadiVora accepts no liability for disruptions caused by changes to third-party platforms or their APIs.
Service Availability
AadiVora endeavors to deliver projects within agreed timelines and to provide technical support in a timely manner. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any deployed system, as availability depends on third-party infrastructure — including Telegram's platform and the client's VPS — which AadiVora does not control.
Factors outside AadiVora's control that may affect service availability include Telegram API outages or changes, VPS downtime, hosting provider maintenance, and changes to broker API endpoints. AadiVora is not liable for service interruptions caused by these factors.
Maintenance & Updates
Maintenance and update support is available as part of a separately agreed support arrangement. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, project delivery does not include ongoing maintenance beyond a reasonable post-delivery period as agreed during the consultation.
AadiVora reserves the right to update or modify deployed systems to maintain compatibility with Telegram API changes, hosting environments, or broker platform changes. Where such updates require client action (such as restarting a service or updating credentials), AadiVora will notify the client.
Updates to AadiVora's systems or tools that improve functionality, security, or compatibility may be made without advance notice, provided they do not materially reduce the service the client has paid for.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AadiVora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits, arising from or related to the use of our services or these Terms.
AadiVora's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
AadiVora is not liable for:
- Actions taken or not taken by third-party platforms, including Telegram, VPS providers, or brokers.
- Financial losses incurred by the client's end users or community members as a result of trading activities.
- Data loss resulting from VPS failure, client mismanagement, or failure to maintain backups.
- Service disruptions caused by factors outside AadiVora's reasonable control.
Warranty Disclaimer
AadiVora provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
AadiVora does not warrant that any deployed system will be error-free, free of security vulnerabilities, or continuously available. While we take care in development and deployment, software systems may contain bugs or behave unexpectedly in certain conditions.
No statement made during a consultation, on this website, or in any communication constitutes a warranty unless it is explicitly confirmed in writing as a contractual guarantee.
Prohibited Use
You may not use AadiVora's services or website for any of the following purposes:
- Any activity that violates applicable law or regulation, including financial regulations in your jurisdiction.
- Fraud, deception, or misleading your community members about the nature of a Telegram group or its affiliations.
- Unauthorized data collection or processing of personal data without appropriate legal basis.
- Spamming or harassment of Telegram users.
- Circumventing broker terms of service or impersonating broker affiliates.
- Distributing or reselling AadiVora's proprietary software or systems without written permission.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract AadiVora's source code.
- Using AadiVora's name, brand, or services to make representations about financial returns or trading performance.
AadiVora reserves the right to refuse service to any party that engages or intends to engage in prohibited activities.
Suspension & Termination
Either party may end the engagement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. "Written notice" in this context includes email to the addresses listed in the Contact section.
AadiVora reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, without notice, if:
- The client engages in prohibited activities as described in Section 16.
- The client fails to make payment as agreed.
- Continuing the engagement would expose AadiVora to legal risk or reputational harm.
Upon termination:
- The client retains full ownership of their VPS and all data stored on it.
- AadiVora will revoke any credentials or access it was granted during the project.
- Outstanding payments for work already completed remain due.
Changes to Services
AadiVora may introduce new services, modify existing services, or discontinue services at any time. Where a change affects an active client engagement, AadiVora will provide reasonable notice to the affected client.
Changes to third-party platforms — such as Telegram API updates, broker API changes, or hosting provider policy changes — may require corresponding changes to deployed systems. AadiVora will communicate necessary updates to affected clients, and additional development work resulting from third-party changes may be subject to separate pricing.
Changes to Terms
AadiVora may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of AadiVora's services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review this page periodically. For active projects, AadiVora will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of material changes that affect their engagement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
AadiVora operates in compliance with applicable Indian legislation, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Clients outside India remain subject to these Terms but may also have rights under their local laws.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from prospective and existing clients about AadiVora's services and these Terms.
Do I own the Telegram bot AadiVora builds for me?
You own the deployment — the running instance on your VPS — and all the data it generates. The underlying codebase and proprietary framework developed by AadiVora remain AadiVora's intellectual property. In practice, this means you control your bot, your members, and your data. You just cannot resell or redistribute the underlying code.
Does AadiVora require me to use a specific VPS provider?
No. You are free to choose any compatible VPS provider. Hostinger is a popular choice among AadiVora clients due to its pricing and compatibility, but the choice is entirely yours. You purchase the server directly and own the account.
What happens if my VPS goes down or my hosting expires?
Because your VPS is your own infrastructure, AadiVora is not responsible for downtime caused by server failure or hosting expiry. Ensure your VPS subscription is kept current and consider your hosting provider's uptime guarantees. AadiVora can assist in restoring your deployment on a new server, subject to a separate support agreement.
Is AadiVora a broker or does it have any affiliation with Forex brokers?
No. AadiVora is a software company. We build broker verification tools that our clients use within their own communities. We have no commercial or financial affiliation with XM Global, Vantage, Exness, or any other broker. Nothing we provide constitutes financial advice or a brokerage service.
What is AadiVora's refund policy?
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. In general, completed and delivered work is not refundable. Please review the Refund Policy page for the full terms, eligibility conditions, and how to raise a request.
Can I share or resell the bot AadiVora built for me?
No. AadiVora's proprietary software may not be resold, redistributed, or used to offer a competing service. Your right to use the deployment is for your own business operations only. If you need a separate deployment for another business or individual, that constitutes a new project.
How do I cancel or end my engagement with AadiVora?
You can end an active engagement at any time by notifying AadiVora via email or Telegram. Your VPS and data remain entirely under your control. AadiVora will revoke any access credentials held for your server, and any outstanding payments for completed work remain due.
What if Telegram changes its API and my bot breaks?
Telegram periodically updates its Bot API. If an update breaks your deployed bot's functionality, AadiVora can provide a fix — subject to an agreed support arrangement. Material API changes that require significant redevelopment may be scoped and priced as a separate engagement.
Will AadiVora have access to my VPS after the project is delivered?
No. AadiVora's access to your VPS ends at project handover. Any subsequent access — for maintenance, updates, or troubleshooting — is granted by you on a case-by-case basis and can be revoked at any time.
Which law governs my agreement with AadiVora?
Your agreement with AadiVora is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
