Refund Policy
AadiVora is an India-based software company that builds and deploys custom Telegram bots, VIP management systems, broker verification automation, and business automation solutions. Because every project is scoped, built, and delivered individually, this policy explains exactly how payments work, when refunds apply, and what you receive as a client.
01Purpose of this Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which AadiVora issues refunds for its custom software development services. It is written to be clear and fair to both clients and AadiVora.
Custom software development is fundamentally different from purchasing a product off a shelf. Work begins with a consultation, proceeds through agreed milestones, and ends with a deployed solution built specifically for you. This policy reflects that reality: it protects clients from paying for work not done, and it ensures AadiVora is fairly compensated for professional work that has been completed.
This policy should be read alongside AadiVora's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.
02About AadiVora
Who we are
AadiVora is an India-based software company founded and operated by Aadi IBN, based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. We work with Forex signal providers, community managers, and business owners who need reliable, automated infrastructure built and deployed on infrastructure they own and control.
What we do
AadiVora designs, builds, and deploys custom software solutions — primarily for Telegram communities. Our services include custom Telegram bot development, Telegram VIP management systems, broker verification automation, membership automation, business automation, workflow automation, VPS deployment, and technical support. Every engagement begins with a direct consultation and is scoped individually.
What we do NOT do
AadiVora is not a broker, trading platform, investment company, or financial advisor. We do not manage client funds, operate trading accounts, or provide financial or investment advice. We do not operate a shared hosting platform or resell hosting services. The tools we build are software solutions that clients operate within their own infrastructure.
03Services Covered
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by AadiVora, including:
- Custom Telegram Bot Development — bots built to your requirements, including command logic, membership flows, and external integrations.
- Telegram VIP Management Systems — end-to-end systems for managing paid or verified Telegram groups, including onboarding, access control, and renewals.
- Broker Verification Automation — automated workflows that verify whether Telegram group members hold active trading accounts with specified brokers.
- Membership Automation — systems handling automatic granting, expiry, and renewal of group memberships.
- Business & Workflow Automation — custom automation for business processes, data pipelines, notifications, and platform integrations.
- VPS Deployment — configuration and deployment of your software stack on a VPS you purchase and own.
- Custom Software Development — bespoke development for requirements outside the above categories, agreed in scope during consultation.
- Technical Support — ongoing troubleshooting, debugging, and minor updates under an agreed support arrangement.
This policy does not govern costs paid directly to third-party providers such as VPS hosts, domain registrars, or broker platforms. Those are subject to each provider's own refund terms.
04Payment Structure
AadiVora uses a milestone-based payment structure. This means payment is tied to defined stages of the project rather than being collected fully upfront. The structure differs depending on project size.
| Project Size | Advance | Mid-Milestone | Final Payment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Up to ₹20,000 | 50% | — | 50% before production deployment & final delivery |
| Above ₹20,000 | 30% | 40% after demo approval | 30% before production deployment & final delivery |
Why this structure exists
The advance payment allows AadiVora to allocate developer time and resources to your project. It signals genuine commitment from both sides before work begins.
For larger projects, the mid-milestone payment is tied to demo approval — meaning you have seen and approved the working solution before the next payment is due. This protects you from paying for work you have not reviewed.
The final payment is due immediately before the solution is deployed to your production environment. This ensures that no production deployment occurs without full settlement, and that you receive a fully operational system upon final payment.
No payments are taken without a prior consultation and explicit agreement on scope and pricing. AadiVora does not operate an automated checkout flow.
05Eligible Refunds
AadiVora will issue a refund — full or partial, depending on the situation — in the following circumstances.
Duplicate or incorrect payment
If you have made a duplicate payment or transferred an incorrect amount, the excess will be refunded in full. Please contact AadiVora with your payment reference details so the transaction can be verified and the refund processed promptly.
Project not yet started
If you have paid an advance payment and AadiVora has not yet commenced any work on your project, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. AadiVora will confirm in writing whether work has begun before any refund decision is made.
AadiVora is unable to deliver
If AadiVora is unable to complete the agreed project scope due to reasons within AadiVora's control — such as a technical constraint that prevents delivery of a specific agreed feature — you are entitled to a refund proportional to the work not delivered. AadiVora will notify you as soon as such a situation becomes apparent and will work with you to agree on a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund, a revised scope, or an alternative approach.
Agreed scope not delivered
If the final delivered solution materially fails to meet the agreed written scope — and AadiVora is unable to rectify this within a reasonable timeframe — a partial or full refund may be considered at AadiVora's discretion based on the extent of the shortfall.
06Partial Refunds
AadiVora believes in fair business practices. Clients should not pay for work that has not been completed or delivered. Equally, AadiVora should be fairly compensated for professional work that has been genuinely done.
When a project is cancelled mid-way, or when only a portion of the agreed scope has been delivered, AadiVora will assess the situation and calculate a partial refund based on:
- The stage of the project at the time of the refund or cancellation request.
- The work completed and delivered up to that point.
- Any resources, time, or third-party costs already committed by AadiVora on your behalf.
Partial refund calculations are made in good faith. AadiVora will provide a written breakdown of the completed work and the corresponding refund amount. If you disagree with the assessment, you are welcome to discuss it directly — most situations can be resolved through transparent communication.
Partial refunds are not available for work that has been completed and approved at a milestone stage, even if the overall project is subsequently cancelled.
07Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund once the relevant work or service has been completed.
Completed development work
Any development work that has been completed and delivered — including individual features, modules, or integrations that the client has reviewed and approved at a milestone — is non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether the project is subsequently cancelled.
Completed deployment
Once AadiVora has successfully deployed the agreed solution to your VPS and confirmed delivery, that deployment work is non-refundable. If you have accepted and are operating the deployed solution, the project is considered closed.
Completed consultation
AadiVora does not charge for initial consultations. If a fee-based consulting session has been agreed upon and conducted, that fee is non-refundable.
Third-party costs
Any costs paid to third-party providers — including VPS hosting, domain registration, API access, payment gateway fees, or broker platform charges — are non-refundable through AadiVora. These are governed by each provider's own refund policy.
Approved milestone payments
Payments made at approved milestones — such as the mid-milestone payment released after demo approval — are non-refundable once that milestone has been formally approved by the client.
Change-of-mind cancellations after work begins
If work has already commenced on your project and you choose to cancel for reasons unrelated to AadiVora's performance or delivery, the payment for work completed to that point is non-refundable.
08Third-Party Services
AadiVora's services interact with several third-party platforms. AadiVora is not responsible for the refund policies, availability, or conduct of these platforms. Each operates independently under its own terms.
| Service | Refund Responsibility |
|---|---|
| Telegram | Telegram does not charge end users for access to the Bot API. Any Telegram-related service costs or premium features are governed by Telegram's own Terms of Service. AadiVora has no refund authority over Telegram charges. |
| Hostinger | VPS and hosting plans purchased directly from Hostinger are governed by Hostinger's own refund policy. AadiVora does not purchase, resell, or manage Hostinger plans on your behalf. Refund requests for hosting costs must be directed to Hostinger. |
| XM Global | XM Global is a broker platform that clients may integrate with broker verification automation. Any costs or account matters with XM Global are entirely between the client and XM Global. AadiVora has no affiliation with XM Global and no authority over its policies. |
| Vantage | Vantage is a broker platform that clients may use in connection with broker verification automation. All matters relating to Vantage accounts, fees, or refunds are governed by Vantage's own terms. AadiVora has no affiliation with Vantage. |
| Exness | Exness is a broker platform that clients may integrate with broker verification automation. All account-related and financial matters with Exness are governed by Exness's own policies. AadiVora has no affiliation with Exness and no authority over its refund decisions. |
When third-party platforms change their APIs, pricing, or terms of service, this may affect deployed systems. AadiVora is not liable for service interruptions or additional development costs resulting from such changes, and these do not constitute grounds for a refund on work already completed by AadiVora.
09Project Cancellation
Client-initiated cancellation
You may cancel an active project at any time by notifying AadiVora in writing via email at hello.aadivora@gmail.com or via Telegram at @aadi_ibn.
Upon cancellation, AadiVora will assess the work completed to that point and provide a written breakdown. Payment for completed work remains due. If you have already paid more than the value of work completed at the time of cancellation, AadiVora will issue a partial refund for the difference.
AadiVora does not charge cancellation penalties or fees beyond payment for work genuinely completed.
AadiVora-initiated cancellation
AadiVora reserves the right to cancel a project if:
- The client requests scope changes that are not feasible or that would require AadiVora to engage in prohibited activities.
- The client fails to make payment as agreed and does not resolve this after reasonable notice.
- Continuing the project would expose AadiVora to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
- The client becomes unresponsive for an extended period and the project cannot proceed.
In the event of an AadiVora-initiated cancellation, you will receive a refund for any work paid for but not yet completed. If the cancellation is due to the client's breach of the agreed terms, payment for work completed up to that point remains due.
10Source Code Policy
This is an important aspect of how AadiVora delivers its services. Please read this section carefully before placing an order.
What the standard service includes
The standard AadiVora service includes the development and deployment of a working, fully functional solution on your VPS. You receive a configured, running system that performs the agreed functions — not the underlying code that powers it.
What is not included
The following remain the exclusive intellectual property of AadiVora and are not part of the standard service delivery:
- Source code files and scripts
- Git repositories and version history
- Internal libraries and reusable modules
- AadiVora's development framework and architecture
- Development environment configurations
- Development assets and tooling
Engaging AadiVora's services does not transfer any intellectual property rights over these components. You may operate the deployed solution for your own business purposes, but you may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use these components as the basis for a competing service.
Source code transfer
Source code transfer is not a standard offering. In limited circumstances, AadiVora may agree to transfer source code under a separate written commercial agreement, at AadiVora's sole discretion. If source code ownership is a requirement for your project, this must be discussed and agreed upon before any work commences. Source code transfer is a separately priced arrangement and is not included in standard project pricing.
11Client Receives
Upon successful completion of an AadiVora project, you will receive:
- A working, fully functional deployed solution running on your own VPS
- Deployment and configuration of the agreed system on your infrastructure
- Full ownership and control of your VPS and all data generated by the solution
- Admin access to the deployed system (where applicable to the service type)
- Project documentation (where documentation is explicitly included in the agreed scope)
- Technical support (where a support arrangement is explicitly agreed as part of the project)
- A handover confirmation and revocation of any temporary AadiVora access to your server
The exact deliverables for your project are confirmed during the consultation and agreed upon in writing before work begins. If you are unsure whether a specific item is included, please clarify this before the project starts.
12Client Does NOT Receive
The following are not included in the standard service delivery and are not transferable without a separate written agreement:
- Source code files or scripts
- Git repository or version history
- AadiVora's internal libraries or reusable code modules
- AadiVora's development framework or proprietary architecture
- Developer environment or build configuration
- Rights to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the underlying software
- Rights to use AadiVora's proprietary components as the basis for a competing service
These exclusions do not limit your ability to operate and use the deployed solution for your own business purposes. They protect AadiVora's intellectual property and ensure the integrity of its development framework across client deployments.
13Refund Processing
How to request a refund
To initiate a refund request, contact AadiVora in writing via email at hello.aadivora@gmail.com. Please include the following information with your request:
- Your full name and the name used when the project was agreed.
- The project reference or a brief description of the service.
- The amount paid and the payment date.
- The payment method or transaction reference.
- The reason for the refund request.
Review process
AadiVora will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days. The request will then be reviewed against the project's agreed scope, the stage of work completed, and the terms set out in this policy. AadiVora may ask for additional information during the review.
Once the review is complete, AadiVora will notify you of the outcome in writing — either approving the refund, proposing a partial refund with a justification, or explaining why the request does not qualify under this policy.
Processing timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of the written approval confirmation. The refund is returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction wherever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution.
Currency and deductions
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment. AadiVora does not deduct processing fees from refund amounts except where the original payment processor has already retained such fees and they are not recoverable.
14Fraud Prevention
Chargebacks
AadiVora strongly encourages clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without a prior refund request to AadiVora will be treated as a potential dispute and will be contested with full project documentation, including scope agreements, delivery records, and communication history.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in the suspension of any ongoing services and may affect your ability to engage AadiVora's services in the future.
False disputes
Filing a false or misleading dispute — including claims that a service was not delivered when it was, or misrepresenting the agreed scope — constitutes fraud. AadiVora reserves the right to pursue recovery of documented losses resulting from false disputes through appropriate legal channels.
Abuse
AadiVora reserves the right to decline future services to any client who engages in refund abuse, including patterns of requesting refunds after receiving and using delivered work, or repeatedly cancelling projects at stages designed to avoid final payment.
15Changes to this Refund Policy
AadiVora may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
Continued use of AadiVora's services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For active projects, the Refund Policy in effect at the time the project agreement was reached will generally govern that engagement unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
We recommend reviewing this page periodically. If you have questions about a specific version of this policy, please contact AadiVora directly.

FAQFrequently Asked Questions
Common questions from prospective and existing clients about AadiVora's refund and payment terms.
Can I get a refund after development has started?
Once development has begun, a full refund is not available. However, if you cancel mid-project, AadiVora will assess the work completed and calculate a fair partial refund for the portion not yet delivered. You will not be charged for work that has not been done.
Can I get a refund after the solution has been deployed?
Refunds are not available for completed and deployed work. Deployment marks the successful delivery of the agreed solution. If you have concerns about whether the deliverables match the agreed scope, please raise them before accepting the final delivery.
Can I cancel my project?
Yes. You may cancel at any time by notifying AadiVora in writing via email or Telegram. Cancellation penalties are not applied; however, payment for work already completed remains due. A partial refund may be issued for the portion of the project not yet started or delivered.
What if AadiVora cannot complete my project?
If AadiVora is unable to complete the agreed work due to reasons within AadiVora's control, you are entitled to a full or partial refund proportional to the work not delivered. AadiVora will notify you promptly if such a situation arises and will work with you on a fair resolution.
Do I receive the source code?
No. The standard service delivery includes a working, deployed solution — not source code. AadiVora's internal libraries, development framework, reusable modules, and repositories remain AadiVora's intellectual property. Source code is not included in the standard service and cannot be transferred without a separate written commercial agreement.
Can I purchase the source code separately?
AadiVora may consider source code transfer under a separate written commercial agreement at its sole discretion. This is not a standard offering. If you require source code ownership, please discuss this requirement before the project begins. It will be priced separately from the standard service.
Are VPS or hosting charges refundable?
No. VPS and hosting costs are paid by you directly to the hosting provider of your choice. AadiVora does not collect, manage, or refund these charges. Refund eligibility for hosting costs is governed by your hosting provider's own refund policy.
Can I request a partial refund?
Yes, in situations where a project is cancelled mid-way or where AadiVora has not delivered a portion of the agreed scope. Partial refunds are calculated based on the stage of work completed at the time of the request. AadiVora's position is that clients should not pay for work that has not been done.
What if I accidentally make a duplicate payment?
Duplicate payments are refunded in full. Please contact AadiVora via email at hello.aadivora@gmail.com with your payment reference details. Duplicate payment refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of verification.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once a refund is approved, AadiVora aims to process it within 5–10 business days. The refund is returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
What happens if Telegram changes its API and my bot breaks?
Telegram periodically updates its Bot API, and AadiVora cannot be held responsible for changes made by Telegram. If an API update breaks your deployed bot, AadiVora can investigate and provide a fix subject to a separate support agreement. Significant redevelopment required by third-party platform changes may be scoped and priced as a new engagement. This does not constitute grounds for a refund on work already completed.
What if I am unhappy with the delivered solution?
If the delivered solution does not match the agreed scope, please raise this with AadiVora before accepting the final delivery. AadiVora will review the concern and, where valid, address it at no additional charge. Dissatisfaction with subjective preferences that were not part of the agreed scope does not qualify for a refund.
Can I initiate a chargeback instead of contacting AadiVora?
AadiVora strongly encourages you to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without a prior refund request will be treated as a potential dispute and will be contested with full project documentation provided to the payment processor. Direct communication almost always leads to a faster, fairer resolution.
Are consultation fees refundable?
AadiVora's initial consultations are conducted at no charge — there is no consultation fee to refund. AadiVora does not charge for the initial discovery or scoping conversation. If a fee-based consulting arrangement has been separately agreed, those terms will be stated explicitly at the time of agreement.
Does AadiVora offer a satisfaction guarantee?
AadiVora's commitment is to deliver what was agreed in scope, to a professional standard, and within the agreed timeline. Refunds are available where AadiVora has not delivered the agreed scope. AadiVora does not offer open-ended satisfaction guarantees unrelated to the written deliverables, as this would be impractical and uncommonly offered in professional custom software development.
What happens if the client delays the project?
If the client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide the required information, approvals, credentials, or access needed to continue development, the project may be paused until the required inputs are received. Such delays do not qualify for a refund. If the delay continues for an extended period, AadiVora reserves the right to reschedule the project based on availability.
