Custom software development for Telegram automation and business workflows operates within an ecosystem of third-party platforms, external APIs, hosting infrastructure, and financial services — none of which AadiVora owns or governs. This Disclaimer defines those boundaries plainly so that clients, visitors, and prospective clients understand exactly what AadiVora's role is and is not.

Who we are

AadiVora is an India-based software company founded and operated by Aadi IBN, based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. We work with Forex signal providers, community managers, and business owners who need reliable, automated infrastructure built and deployed on infrastructure they own and control.

What we build

AadiVora designs, builds, and deploys custom software solutions. Our services include:

• Custom Telegram Bot Development — bots built to specific requirements, including command logic, membership flows, and external integrations.
• Telegram VIP Management Systems — end-to-end systems for managing paid or verified Telegram groups, including onboarding, access control, and renewals.
• Broker Verification Automation — automated workflows that verify whether Telegram group members hold active trading accounts with specified brokers.
• Membership Automation — systems handling automatic granting, expiry, and renewal of group memberships.

Who we serve

AadiVora primarily serves Forex signal providers, Telegram community managers, and business owners who require professional automation infrastructure. All services are custom-scoped and delivered on client-owned infrastructure.

What we do NOT do

AadiVora is not a broker, trading platform, investment company, or financial advisor. We do not manage client funds, operate trading accounts, or provide financial or investment advice of any kind. We do not operate a shared hosting platform, resell hosting services, or provide VPS infrastructure. We do not own or operate Telegram, any broker platform, or any payment gateway.

05Telegram Disclaimer

AadiVora builds custom software solutions that operate on the Telegram platform using Telegram's publicly available Bot API. Telegram is owned and operated by Telegram FZ-LLC. AadiVora has no ownership, partnership, affiliation, or control over Telegram or any of its services.

Platform independence

Telegram operates independently under its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Telegram's policies, features, and API capabilities are determined entirely by Telegram and may change at any time without notice to AadiVora or its clients. AadiVora has no authority to influence, prevent, or anticipate changes made by Telegram.

API changes

Telegram periodically updates its Bot API, introduces new features, deprecates existing methods, and modifies rate limits or behavioural rules. Such changes may affect deployed bots and automation systems built by AadiVora. AadiVora is not responsible for disruptions caused by Telegram's API updates. If an API change affects your deployed system, AadiVora can investigate and provide a fix subject to a separate support agreement.

Outages and downtime

Telegram may experience outages, server maintenance, or regional access restrictions that are entirely outside AadiVora's control. During such periods, Telegram-dependent systems may be unavailable regardless of the performance or configuration of the client's own infrastructure. AadiVora cannot guarantee Telegram's availability and is not responsible for downtime caused by Telegram's own services.

Policy enforcement

Telegram may restrict, suspend, or ban bots that it determines to be in violation of its Terms of Service. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that their Telegram bot and the community it serves operate in compliance with Telegram's policies. AadiVora is not responsible for enforcement actions taken by Telegram against client bots or accounts.

06Broker Disclaimer

AadiVora builds broker verification automation that allows Telegram community managers to verify whether their members hold active trading accounts with specified broker platforms. The brokers integrated in such systems — including but not limited to those listed below — are entirely independent companies. AadiVora has no ownership, partnership, or affiliation with any broker platform.

AadiVora does not control broker services, trading conditions, broker API availability, broker account verification rules, commission structures, or any aspect of broker platform policy. If a broker changes, restricts, or deprecates its API, AadiVora cannot guarantee that broker verification automation will continue to function without modification. Such changes are outside AadiVora's control and may require additional development work, which may be scoped and priced as a separate engagement.

AadiVora is not responsible for any outcome resulting from a client's broker relationship, including account rejections, verification failures caused by the broker's own systems, or changes in broker policies that affect the automated workflow.

07Hosting & VPS Disclaimer

AadiVora deploys custom software solutions onto VPS infrastructure purchased and owned by the client. AadiVora does not own, operate, or provide hosting infrastructure of any kind. We do not resell hosting plans or act as a hosting intermediary.

Hosting provider independence

Hosting providers — such as Hostinger, Contabo, DigitalOcean, Vultr, and others — are independent companies that operate entirely under their own terms, pricing, and policies. AadiVora has no affiliation with any hosting provider and no authority over their services.

Third-party infrastructure events

The following events are controlled entirely by hosting providers and are outside AadiVora's responsibility:

• Server failures — hardware failures, disk failures, and related infrastructure events at the hosting provider's data centre.
• Downtime and outages — planned and unplanned downtime affecting the hosting provider's servers or network.
• Maintenance windows — scheduled maintenance by the hosting provider that may temporarily affect server availability.
• Network failures — connectivity issues at the hosting provider's data centre or upstream network provider.
• Pricing changes — increases or changes to VPS subscription pricing by the hosting provider.
• Infrastructure upgrades — migration or upgrade events initiated by the hosting provider that may affect running services.

Uptime limitations

AadiVora cannot guarantee uptime for deployed systems because uptime depends on the availability of the client's VPS, the hosting provider's infrastructure, Telegram's platform, and any third-party APIs in use. These are all independent services outside AadiVora's control.

08Third-Party Services Disclaimer

AadiVora's software solutions interact with a range of third-party services and platforms. Each of these services is owned and operated independently by its respective company. AadiVora has no ownership, control, or authority over any third-party service, and each operates under its own terms of service, privacy policy, and pricing structure.

The following categories of third-party services may be used in connection with AadiVora's software:

• Hosting providers — VPS and server infrastructure purchased and managed by the client. Examples include Hostinger, Contabo, DigitalOcean, and Vultr.
• Cloudflare — DNS, security, and CDN services that clients may use in connection with their deployed infrastructure. Cloudflare operates under its own terms.
• Telegram — The messaging platform on which AadiVora builds custom bots and automation. Telegram operates under its own Terms of Service and Bot API policies.
• Domain registrars — Domain names used in connection with deployed systems are purchased and owned by the client through a registrar of their choice. AadiVora does not manage domain registrations.
• Payment gateways — Payment processing services used by the client in their own business operations. AadiVora does not process payments on behalf of clients or their end users.
• Broker APIs — APIs provided by broker platforms such as XM Global, Vantage, and Exness. These are governed by each broker's own terms and may change without notice.
• External APIs — Any other third-party APIs integrated into a client's system as agreed in scope. Their availability, rate limits, and policies are governed by the respective API provider.
• Cloud services — Cloud storage, messaging, or infrastructure services used in connection with a client's deployed solution, as applicable to the agreed scope.

AadiVora is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, pricing changes, API deprecations, or data handling practices of any third-party service. When third-party services change in a way that affects a deployed system, AadiVora can assess the impact and provide a fix subject to a separate support agreement.

09Software Availability Disclaimer

Software services — including custom Telegram bots, VIP management systems, and automation workflows — are complex systems that depend on multiple interacting components. Like all software, they may require periodic attention to remain operational over time.

Planned and unplanned maintenance

Software deployed by AadiVora may require maintenance, updates, or temporary service interruptions for any of the following reasons:

• Security updates — patches applied to address identified vulnerabilities in software dependencies or the operating environment.
• Bug fixes — corrections to unexpected behaviour identified after deployment.
• Feature updates — additions or modifications to system functionality, where agreed as part of a support arrangement.
• Third-party API updates — adaptations required when external APIs used by the deployed system introduce breaking changes.
• Infrastructure upgrades — changes to the server environment, runtime versions, or underlying libraries that require system adjustments.

Temporary interruptions

Temporary interruptions to a deployed system's availability may occur in connection with the above. Such interruptions are a normal and expected part of maintaining production software and should not be interpreted as negligence or a failure of service on AadiVora's part.

AadiVora is not responsible for availability interruptions caused by third-party platforms, the client's hosting infrastructure, or external API failures. These are governed by the respective third-party services and are outside AadiVora's control.

10Limitation of Liability

AadiVora's liability is limited to the direct value of the services it has agreed to provide and has failed to deliver. AadiVora is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use — or inability to use — software built by AadiVora, or from the failure of any third-party service in connection with that software.

Specifically, AadiVora is not responsible for:

• Business losses resulting from system unavailability, errors, or software limitations.
• Trading losses of any kind, whether arising from system behaviour, delays, data inaccuracies, or broker API issues.
• Loss of profit, anticipated profit, or revenue resulting from the operation or non-operation of a deployed system.
• Revenue loss caused by system downtime, maintenance, or third-party service interruptions.
• Missed business opportunities resulting from the unavailability or malfunction of a deployed system.
• Market conditions, market movements, or financial outcomes of any kind.
• Telegram outages, Telegram API changes, or enforcement actions taken by Telegram against client bots or accounts.
• Broker platform outages, broker API changes, broker account actions, or trading condition changes.
• VPS failures, hardware failures, or infrastructure events caused by the client's chosen hosting provider.
• Hosting provider downtime, data centre outages, or network failures.
• API failures caused by third-party services integrated into the deployed system.
• Internet connectivity failures affecting the client's VPS, users, or deployed system.
• Power failures at the client's hosting provider's data centre.
• Failures of third-party software dependencies, libraries, or runtime environments.
• Data loss caused by failures in third-party services, hosting infrastructure, or the client's own backup practices.
• Errors or disruptions caused by incorrect configuration, settings, or credentials provided or managed by the client.
• Unauthorized server access resulting from the client's own security practices, weak credentials, or failure to implement adequate access controls.

In all cases, AadiVora's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11No Guarantees

AadiVora commits to delivering what is agreed in the project scope, to a professional standard, and within the agreed timeline. Beyond the specific deliverables agreed in writing, AadiVora does not make guarantees about outcomes, availability, or the behaviour of third-party services.

Specifically, AadiVora does not guarantee:

• Profit or revenue outcomes — AadiVora builds software. Financial outcomes depend on the client's own strategy, market conditions, and broker performance, none of which AadiVora controls.
• Business growth — The use of automation software does not guarantee growth in community size, subscriber numbers, or business revenue.
• Trading success — AadiVora does not guarantee any outcome related to Forex trading, signal accuracy, or trading performance.
• Continuous uptime — System availability depends on the client's VPS, hosting provider, and third-party platforms. AadiVora cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• Continuous Telegram availability — Telegram is an independent platform. AadiVora cannot guarantee Telegram's availability, stability, or continued support for any specific Bot API feature.
• Continuous broker API availability — Broker APIs are provided by independent broker companies. AadiVora cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, or continued access.
• Future compatibility of third-party APIs — APIs change. AadiVora cannot guarantee that third-party APIs integrated into a deployed system will remain compatible over time without adaptation.
• Continuous hosting availability — Hosting infrastructure is operated by the client's chosen provider. AadiVora has no control over hosting uptime.
• Stability of future Telegram changes — Telegram may introduce features, restrictions, or policy changes that affect deployed systems in ways that cannot be predicted at the time of project delivery.
• Stability of future broker changes — Brokers may change their API structure, account verification requirements, or platform terms in ways that affect deployed broker verification automation.

12Client Responsibilities

AadiVora builds and deploys software on infrastructure that the client owns and controls. This means a number of responsibilities rest with the client rather than AadiVora. The following items are the client's responsibility at all times, both during the project and after delivery:

• VPS — The client is responsible for purchasing, maintaining, renewing, and paying for their own VPS. AadiVora deploys onto the client's server; it does not own or manage it.
• Hosting — The client is responsible for their hosting plan, subscription renewals, and any hosting-related decisions. AadiVora is not a hosting provider.
• Domain — If a domain name is used in connection with the deployed system, the client is responsible for registering, renewing, and managing that domain.
• Telegram bot token — The client is responsible for creating and maintaining their own Telegram bot token through the official BotFather interface. This token is the client's property and should be kept confidential.
• Telegram account — The client is responsible for maintaining their Telegram account in good standing and in compliance with Telegram's Terms of Service.
• API keys — Any API keys required for broker integrations, payment gateways, or other third-party services must be obtained and maintained by the client. AadiVora does not supply these.
• Broker accounts — Where broker verification automation is deployed, the client is responsible for their own broker relationship and for ensuring that the broker account details used for verification are accurate and valid.
• Credentials and access management — The client is responsible for managing server access credentials securely after project handover, including changing any temporary credentials provided during development.
• Security — The client is responsible for securing their VPS, including applying operating system updates, firewall configuration, and access control policies after delivery.
• Passwords — The client is responsible for choosing and maintaining strong passwords for all accounts and services associated with their deployed system.
• Backups — The client is responsible for implementing and maintaining backups of their VPS data and any configuration files associated with the deployed system. AadiVora does not provide backup services as part of the standard service delivery.
• Compliance with local laws — The client is responsible for ensuring that their use of the deployed software — including the nature of their Telegram community, the services they offer, and any financial activities connected to their platform — complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

13Source Code & Intellectual Property Disclaimer

This section describes how intellectual property is handled in an AadiVora engagement. Please read it carefully before placing an order, as it describes a non-negotiable aspect of how our services are structured.

What the standard service delivers

The standard AadiVora service delivers a working, fully functional software solution deployed on the client's own VPS. The client receives a configured, running system that performs the functions agreed in the project scope. The client has full operational control of the deployed system and full ownership of all data it generates.

Intellectual property retained by AadiVora

Unless otherwise agreed through a separate written commercial agreement, the following remain the exclusive intellectual property of AadiVora and are not transferred to the client under any standard service engagement:

• Source code files and all associated scripts
• Internal libraries and reusable code modules built or maintained by AadiVora
• AadiVora's development framework and proprietary architecture
• Proprietary logic, algorithms, and implementation patterns
• Reusable automation modules used across multiple client deployments
• Development assets, tooling, and build configurations
• Internal technical documentation and engineering notes
• Git repositories and full version history
• Build scripts and deployment pipelines
• Internal tools and development utilities

Standard service delivery includes

• A working, deployed solution running on the client's own infrastructure
• Admin access to the deployed system where applicable to the service type
• Full ownership of all data stored on the client's VPS
• The right to operate the deployed solution for the client's own business purposes
• Project handover documentation where explicitly included in the agreed scope

Source code transfer

Source code transfer is not a standard offering and is not included in standard project pricing. AadiVora may consider source code transfer under a separate written commercial agreement at its sole discretion. If source code ownership is a requirement for your project, this must be discussed and agreed upon before work commences and will be priced as a separate arrangement. Requesting source code after project delivery does not automatically entitle the client to receive it.
