AadiVora is an India-based software company specializing in custom Telegram bot development, Telegram VIP management, broker verification automation, and membership automation for Forex signal providers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through aadivora.com and related business communications, and why data from your deployed Telegram VIP bot never touches our infrastructure at all — it lives on the VPS you own.
01Scope of this policy
This policy applies only to the AadiVora website (aadivora.com) — what we collect when you visit, contact us, or subscribe to updates.
AadiVora provides software development, deployment, automation, maintenance, and technical support services for Telegram communities, including custom Telegram bots, Telegram VIP management, and broker verification automation. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through aadivora.com and related business communications — not to the operation of any deployed bot itself.
It does not cover the internal data handling of a Telegram bot deployed on a client's own server. That is addressed separately in Section 4, because that data is controlled entirely by the client, not by AadiVora.

03Telegram & broker verification data
This site links to our Telegram account, @aadi_ibn, for consultations. Once you click through, Telegram's own privacy policy applies.
AadiVora does not collect or process broker account information — such as an XM Global, Vantage, or Exness trading account number — through this website. Broker verification happens entirely inside a bot deployed on a client's own private server, not through aadivora.com.
If you are a member of a VIP group using our system, your verification data is controlled by that group's admin — not by AadiVora directly.
To be clear: AadiVora is not a broker, trading platform, investment advisor, or financial institution. We build and deploy the Telegram Community Management software that our clients use to run their own broker verification and membership processes.
04VPS deployment & data ownership
Every client receives an independent VPS deployment that the client purchases and owns directly. All member records and verification history live exclusively on that server — never on infrastructure shared between clients.
AadiVora does not operate a shared SaaS platform and does not centrally store client Telegram bot data. Each Telegram VIP Management deployment is self-contained on the client's own infrastructure.
We do not retain access to this data after handover, beyond temporary access a client grants us for maintenance.
Data collected through this website belongs to AadiVora, for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. Data generated by a deployed system belongs entirely to the client who commissioned it.
05Third-party services
AadiVora works with certain third-party services to deliver and support its solutions. These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

Telegram, hosting providers, and broker platforms each operate independently under their own privacy policies and terms. AadiVora does not control, and is not responsible for, how these third parties handle data once you interact with them directly.

Inquiry and contact-form data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from your last contact with us, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.
07Data protection under India's DPDP Act, 2023
AadiVora is based in Dehradun, India. Information collected through this website is processed in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). You may exercise the rights described in Section 8 regardless of where you're located.
AadiVora periodically reviews and updates its privacy practices whenever our services or applicable legal requirements change.

09Children's privacy
Our services are built for business use by Forex educators and signal providers, and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors through this website.

We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
11Frequently asked questions
Do you have access to my VIP group members' data?
No. That data lives only on your own VPS. We have no standing access after your deployment is complete, beyond temporary access you grant us for maintenance.
Do you sell my information to third parties?
No. We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
Where is my data stored?
Contact form data is stored on our hosting provider's servers. Deployed bot data is stored exclusively on your own VPS.
Can I request that my data be deleted?
Yes. Email hello.aadivora@gmail.com or message @aadi_ibn on Telegram — we'll complete deletion requests within 30 days.
Do brokers like XM, Vantage, or Exness receive my data from AadiVora?
No. Broker verification happens entirely inside your deployed bot. AadiVora does not transmit any data to broker platforms.
Is my payment information stored on this website?
No. Payment is arranged directly during consultation. We do not process or store payment information on this website.
What happens to my data if I stop using AadiVora's services?
Your deployed bot and all its data remain on your VPS — you retain full control. Contact form data is retained only as long as our retention schedule specifies, or until you request deletion.
